APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AT PUREMALT
PureMalt are pleased to report the appointment of Robert (Rob) Wilson as a Non-Executive Director to the Board of PureMalt.

Rob is an experienced finance and business leader with over 20 years’ experience in senior financial and board-level roles across the food, aquaculture and ingredients sector. Currently UK Business Unit Director at BioMar UK, having served as UK Finance Director.

Rob previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at The Scottish Salmon Company PLC, a publicly listed business, where he led financial strategy, capital raising, M&A activity and governance through a period of significant growth and international development.

Rob has further board experience as a Non-Executive Director of Scottish Sports Futures, reflecting his strong governance background and commitment to organisational impact beyond commercial performance.

We look forward to benefitting from Rob’s financial acumen, sector insight and strategic judgement as PureMalt continues to develop and grow.
