I am so sorry to hear this review, but I respectfully disagree with what was posted on social media about me not being a good chef and being unable to provide good food alone under stress.
As many of you know, we are a family-run business. It’s me, my husband, our two kids, and our dog. We have to go to work together because we have no other choice. Sometimes, I have to handle everything alone when my husband finishes his shift and has to take the kids for a walk to limit their screen time. Our children come to work with us every night for at least 6 hours, and as a mom, it is not easy. Yes, I have to make everything work alone sometimes, and most of my regulars know how it is.
The proof is in our loyal customers who keep coming back, which proves there is something special about my food. Handling multiple things in the food truck is definitely not easy, but I have trained myself to do it and to ensure everyone gets delicious food to take home.
I would truly appreciate it if, instead of posting online, anyone who is unhappy with their food would discuss it with me directly. I am always happy to solve any issues and make everyone happy. Thank you for your understanding and for always supporting authentic Thai food."

To the people who like to post bad reviews it doesn't help any business best to discuss with the right people or owner and solve problems with happiness 🙏🙏
