I recorded this video last night after I got home from work.
​Thank you so much to everyone who came out to support Real Thai! Bury St Edmunds was very busy again—even though I parked in a hidden spot—and we received so much great feedback from customers about how good the food was.
​However, there were a few issues last week, so let me explain how my pre-ordering system works:
⚠️​You can pre-order via WhatsApp by midday, with some flexibility up until 3 PM. After 3 PM, my rush hour starts, so I normally don't have time to answer messages. An AI assistant helps respond during that time, but because it isn't me, it won't know every detail, so mistakes can happen.
⚠️​Quick Reminder:
When messaging on WhatsApp, please make sure you receive a ticket and ⚠️double-check your order details on it to avoid disappointment. Please understand that I am handling almost everything on my own. Be kind, patient, and respectful—that is all I ask.
