This is your sign to finally learn how to make sushi.

Here’s how it works.

You arrive on a Saturday afternoon to a Japanese-inspired cocktail or a cold Asahi.

Then Antonio takes over, and for the next two hours, he teaches you everything: how to prepare sushi rice properly, how to handle sushi-grade fish with confidence, and how to roll maki and nigiri by hand, the way it’s actually done in professional kitchens.

You’ll also learn his signature sashimi cut, a technique refined over 37 years and not taught anywhere else in the West Midlands.

At the end, you sit down and eat everything you’ve made or we can box it up and you can take it with you!

No experience needed. Just curiosity.
