Golden Aberdeen Angus We run a small suckle herd mixed with some blue crosses,started with 3 pedigree angus a couple of years ago. We have always used an angus bull.

We are slowly growing hoping to have a small herd of pedigree angus one day while continuing with the blues.

Well we couldn’t have asked for better results this weekend at the South of England showgrounds apart from the rain on Saturday! Our homebred bull Golden Enzo won the junior bull class went on to win male champion, breed champion and overall Champion Aberdeen Angus. We are so delighted with him he was such a good boy ❤️🐮🐮💙💙💙 and had his first parade feeling fairly full of himself. Long Emily also took 2nd place and reserve female champion. She also was 2nd in the young handlers with pip who showed her beautifully. The kids had a ball and we are all home safe and sound. Thanks to all our friends who help out we had a good laugh. 😊😊😊

First show of the season today! Enzo won his bull class and male champion. Emily took home a 2nd! Great day but a bit of a struggle in the heat. Fliss made sure enzo had lots of cuddles and grooming was spot on 😊😊😊 lack of photos today in show ring unfortunately not enough hands 😂

Well the weekend didn’t disappoint our bull calf Golden Enzo won his calf calf and was reserved champion. A third in the cow and calf class which was strong and again Golden Tibbie was in a very hot heifer class unfortunately not being placed. All cows behaved impeccably so couldn’t ask for better. Great time had with friends and fliss always looking after the cows and giving her favourite a big hug! roll on next year! 😊😊🐮🐮
