We're back this Saturday 17th October, 10am–1pm at Hockham Farm, with lots of our delicious Aberdeen Angus Beef, Pevensey Cheese (both Pevensey Blue and Tilley Lane) and Court Lodge Organic Yoghurt!

🥩 Home-reared, 21-day dry-aged beef – including roasting joints, steaks, mince, burgers, stewing beef and more.

🧀 Pevensey Cheese – Award-winning Pevensey Blue and Tilley Lane artisan cheeses made on site.

🥛 Court Lodge Organic – a lovely selection of organic yoghurts.

Excited to share that our beef short ribs are featured in Philippa Vine's new cookbook!

Short ribs are fantastic, and a much underrated slow cooking cut - we'll have several available at our farm gate sale this Saturday :)

**Beef, Cheese & Yoghurt at our Farm Gate Sale this Saturday!**

📅 Saturday 19th September
⏰ 10am–1pm
📍 Hockham Farm (BN27 4UT)

We’ll have a great selection of **21-day dry-aged, pasture-raised beef** available direct from the farm — perfect for stocking the freezer.

Available on the day:
• Prime steaks – sirloin, rump, flat iron, skirt & fillet
• Roasting joints – including rib of beef (1.5–2kg), brisket, top rump, topside & silverside
• Limited number of short ribs
• Stewing cuts – chuck, shin & braising steak
• Good stock of 5oz burger packs 🍔

🧀 **Pevensey Cheese** – award-winning Pevensey Blue & Tilley Lane cheeses from Hazel and Martin. **Try before you buy, with cheese cut to order on the day.**

🥛 **Court Lodge Organic Yoghurt** – a selection of delicious organic yoghurts will also be available.

🥩 Last-minute beef box availability!

I’ve got two spare 10kg Aberdeen Angus beef boxes available for local delivery this Friday (21st of August).

Each box includes a great selection of our home-reared beef, including a rib of beef joint, two other roasting joints, plus steaks, slow cooking cuts and mince

It's £170 per 10kg box.

🐂 Farm Gate Sale this Saturday 15th August | 10am–1pm

We’ll be opening the farm gate again this Saturday with a fresh batch of our pasture-fed Sussex beef, raised here on the farm.

It’s the final call to reserve a beef box from this batch. We may also be able to make up a few extra 5kg and 10kg boxes from the fresh stock on Saturday, subject to what we have available.

🥩 5kg beef box – £90
🥩 10kg beef box – £170

We’ll also have individual cuts, prime steaks, joints, slow cooking cuts, lots of mince and burgers available, alongside a selection of pre-cut pieces of Pevensey Cheese, including Pevensey Blue and Tilley Lane.

Our next farm gate sale is Saturday 15th of August (10am to 1pm). We’ll have a fresh selection of beef and are taking pre-orders of our 5kg and 10kg beef boxes.

We’ll also have pre cut pieces of Pevensey Cheese - both Pevensey Blue and Tilley Lane.

Beef Boxes – Now Available to Reserve

We’ll be getting two fresh batches of beef back from our butcher in less than two weeks and are now taking orders for:

🥩 5kg Beef Boxes – £90
🥩 10kg Beef Boxes – £170

Ideal for stocking the freezer — a mix of roasting joints, steaks (sirloin and rump), slow-cook cuts and mince.

You can also add packs of our 5oz beef burgers — 4 in a pack for £8.50.

📦 Collection: Beef and Cheese Farm Gate Sale – Saturday 15th August (Hockham Farm) 10am to 1pm
🚚 Local delivery: Monday 17th August
📦 Nationwide courier: Tuesday 18th August (APC overnight) -£17.50.

We strongly recommend reserving - numbers are limited and boxes tend to go quickly.
