Hello All,

Just a quick plug for our next Farm Gate Sale on Saturday 20th June.

We’ll have a great selection of our 21-day dry-aged Aberdeen Angus beef available, including prime steaks, burgers, mince, slow-cooking cuts, roasting joints (including rib of beef), and a limited amount of offal.

We’re also offering a limited number of 5kg (£90) and 10kg (£170) beef boxes, so please message to reserve.

Pevensey Cheese will also be selling their award-winning Pevensey Blue and Tilley Lane cheeses, alongside a selection of Court Lodge Organic yoghurt.

Beef and Cheese Farm Gate Sale this Saturday!

📍 Hockham Farm (BN27 4UT)

We’ll have a great selection of fresh 21-day dry aged pasture-raised beef available direct from the farm — including a limited number of 10kg beef boxes (£170) and 5kg beef boxes at (£90🥩
Perfect for stocking the freezer.

Also available on the day:
• Prime steaks (sirloin, rump, flat iron, skirt, fillet)
• Roasting joints (a good selection of rib of beef joints (1.5-2kg), briskets, top rumps, topsides, silversides)
• Short ribs
• Stewing steaks (chuck, shin and braising)
• Mince (500g a pack approx)
• Good stock of 5oz burger packs 🍔

Beef Boxes – Now Available to Reserve

We’ll be getting two fresh batches of beef back from our butcher next month and are now taking orders for:

🥩 5kg Beef Boxes – £90
🥩 10kg Beef Boxes – £170

Ideal for stocking the freezer — a mix of roasting joints, steaks (sirloin and rump), slow-cook cuts and mince.

You can also add packs of our 5oz beef burgers — 4 in a pack for £8.50.

📦 Collection: Beef and Cheese Farm Gate Sale – Saturday 16th May (Hockham Farm) 10am to 1pm
🚚 Local delivery: Monday 18th May
📦 Nationwide courier: Tuesday 19th May (APC overnight) -£17.50.
