The Outreach service provides service users support in the local community, or on site using the wide range of facilities at a affordable rate. This service is popular with people who choose to live in their own homes or children or young adults who live with parents or guardians, as it enables them to do everyday activities of their choice with others in a group or on a 1-1 basis, providing them

with social opportunities and key life skills. Mandy Janes Day Service (Learning station) – Is a service offered during the week to support young adults and above with independent living skills and life skills such as cooking, travel training, money management, communication, social skills and voluntary work experience and paid job opportunities. We also provide overnight short breaks and respite to service users this can be in their home or at over locations including taking them away on holidays in and out of the UK.

🌙 We’re Hiring – Waking Night Support Worker 🌙

Mandy Jane’s Ltd is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join our team.

📍 Role: Waking Night Support Worker
🕒 Hours: 16 hours per week (1 waking night shift)

You will be providing 2:1 support, working alongside another experienced support worker to support a young adult with learning disabilities who displays behaviours that challenge.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing person-centred support throughout the night
* Administering medication
* Supporting with personal care
* Ensuring the individual’s safety, wellbeing, and dignity at all times
* Partaking in outreach activities within the community with the service user, supporting them to access and enjoy activities safely

✅ Essential requirements:

* Previous experience in the care sector is essential
* A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
