Here's a recipe for an espresso martini using vodka, single espresso, no spikes luxury coffee liqueur, and coffee beans:

Ingredients:

- 50 ml vodka

- 30 ml single espresso

- 25 ml no spikes luxury coffee liqueur

- 3 coffee beans

Instructions:

1. Brew a single espresso shot and let it cool to room temperature.

2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

3. Add 50 ml of vodka to the shaker.

4. Pour in 25 ml of no spikes luxury coffee liqueur.

5. Add 30 ml of the cooled espresso shot to the shaker.

6. Shake the mixture vigorously for about 10-15 seconds, until the ingredients are well combined and chilled.

7. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

8. Garnish the drink with three coffee beans, placing them in the center of the foam on top of the drink.

9. Serve and enjoy your delicious espresso martini!

Note: If you prefer your espresso martini sweeter, you could add a small amount of sweetener(erythritol/stevia)into the shaker before shaking the ingredients.

Eeeek ...... I have been approached by a large online drinks company that would like to stock me.

While this is very exciting, I have suggested that there is a gap in the market to have a selection of low-carb alcoholic beverages in one place.
I have sent the CEO of the company all the companies I know doing low-carb alcohol. These include companies like skinny and independent small companies for beer, prosecco, wine, etc, and mixers such as nexba tonics.

What I want to ask you guys is....

Would you benefit or like a website that has everything for your low-carb drinking experience under one roof?
