Next week sees the start of the Calderdale Festival of Food, an event that we are very proud to support.
This is running from 7th to 20th September and involves lots of local producers, kitchens, bakeries, farms and breweries around Calderdale.
To celebrate the event, we are having a Yummy Yorkshire Tapas week in our lovely little shop, this has all been designed by our super butchers apprentice Isaac, who has come up with a fabulous selection of dishes that will be available in our counters all next week (week commencing 7th September).
Our Yorkshire Tapas will be made using the very best local produce from farms around Calderdale and there will be something for everyone.
Keep your eyes peeled on our socials next week as Isaac will doing some super videos to show you how the tapas dishes are made and what cuts of meat are used in each one!
Later in the week we will pop on what Week 2 of the festival will hold for Gardens Farm Butchers too :-)
