2 ovens back on,pies flying everywhere,sausage rolls getting a coating of egg wash...wait until I tell them we need cheese savoury and coleslaw too....whoops and quiche

A customer gave me a recipe to try thank you to David Mushens for tonight's dinner choice and thank you to Phil's Plaice North Shields for sending us some rather good monkfish.
The only thing I changed was I used a red chilli as I knew i had a half dozen in the fridge at home.....

It the last bank holiday of the year before the one that is too early to talk about 🎅
The forecast may be poor but we are still busy in the Billy Bell kitchen preparing orders ready to cook/send out tomorrow.
The girls are working hard,the ovens are full and the cakes are cooling and most importantly the kettle is on...again
