There’s nothing quite like seeing Eleanor, Scotland’s largest offset smoker, sitting ready to go for a weekend of authentic Texas BBQ.

I’m Amin from Fire & Smoke Low & Slow Texas BBQ, and this is honestly my happy place. Oak burning, smoke rolling and hundreds of portions of low and slow barbecue ahead of us. 🤠

We’re bringing authentic Texas-style barbecue to Scotland with smoked brisket, giant beef ribs and proper live-fire cooking.

Over 800 BBQ lovers served. That’s one customer every 15 seconds. Relentless. Non-stop. Pure smoke-fuelled chaos from start to finish.

Scotland showed up for REAL Texas BBQ and you emptied the pits faster than we could slice it.
