OCTOBER PITMASTER TRAYS ARE LIVE.

This is the one. The king of the show and the tray that gives you the full Fire & Smoke experience in one hit.

Over 1KG of smoked meat before you even get near the sides.

16-hour oak-smoked brisket.
Huge beef rib.
Smoked turkey.
2 x custom Cajun cheese & jalapeño sausages.
Betty slaw. Smokey brisket pit beans. Spicy mayo street corn.
3 house sauces, bread & pickles.

£75 — built for 2 to share.
Unless you’re planning on being an absolute animal and taking one down yourself.

A ÂŁ40 non-refundable deposit secures your tray, with the remaining ÂŁ35 paid on collection.
