Because tell me why a plate of jollof rice suddenly looks incomplete when there's no dodo beside it. 😅

And it's not just fried plantain. There's boli with pepper sauce, boiled plantain with stew, and those crunchy plantain chips you promise to eat small-small but somehow finish in one sitting. 😂
The funny thing is, we all have our favourite way of eating it, but nobody really says no when plantain enters the menu.
