Whispers of the Sea.

That’s the meaning of Murmur y Môr.

On some mornings, sea mist drifts in from Bae Tremadog and settles over the vineyard before slowly lifting as the day warms.

The sea influences our climate, our growing season and, ultimately, our wines.

The name felt fitting.

We weren’t expecting to spot grapes quite this far along yet.

While working in the vineyard this week, we noticed a handful of vines already carrying little grapes.

A little extra shelter from the wind, a touch more warmth, and vines just a few metres apart can develop at completely different speeds.

The more time we spend amongst the vines, the more we realise that every corner of the vineyard has its own character.

For now, we’re simply enjoying watching the 2026 vintage take shape.
