So it’s this Sunday guys! Who’s in? Live band, DJ, singers and the hottest sausages known to man!

It’s our 15th event so it’s refined now, we start with a 5 chilli chipolata, not hot just a slight heat with bags of flavour, easy one.

Next is the Naga chilli chipolata, things step up here, a smoked Naga pickle is added to up the heat, still bags of flavour without too much heat.

Next is the Carolina Reaper chipolata, it’s only small…. How hard can it be? NASA have asked us for this recipe to use as possible fuel for interstellar travel, I’ll let you decide!

£10 to enter, all proceeds to the winner of each round plus a bag of personally chosen hot sauces and pickles, Tshirt and a voucher to use at The Pigs Head.

No need to book just turn up on the day, seating for 300+
