Chicken Tikka Kebabs Recipe ⬇️

You'll need:
2-3 tbsp Rafi's Tikka Marinade
500g chicken thigh fillets
100g natural yoghurt
1 lemon
Salt to taste

How to make:
1. In a bowl, mix the Tikka Marinade with yoghurt.

2. Add the chicken and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly, so the chicken is fully coated. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.

3. Thread the chicken onto skewers.

4. Cook in the oven, on an oiled grill tray, at 220C. Cook for 20 - 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until fully cooked.

5. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice before serving. Serve with chapatis and raita for a simple lunch or dinner 🤩
