AQUA SILVA Catering We specialise in catering for dinner parties and delivering cooking demonstrations in the comfort of your home.

From intimate gatherings to special celebrations, we create memorable dining experiences with fresh, high-quality cuisine. Our head chef, Luis Da Silva, has been in the business for over 15 years. Originally from Lisbon, Portugal, he traveled across Europe collecting recipes and ideas. Luis finally settled in the UK, residing in Harrogate, and is aiming to bring his expertise and flair to make you

r next dinner party an affair to remember. Luis commented: “Being from Portugal I am of course akin to working with fish and seafood, in combination with colourful veg and fresh herbs. My cooking also has French, Italian and Indian influences.”

“I also specialise in “free from” having catered for vegan weddings, guests with allergies and other specific dietary requirements.”

🍽️ "We booked with Aqua Silva for my Mum’s 70th birthday at a holiday cottage in North Yorkshire. We got fantastic support in the run up to the event, helping us with menu choices and managing any food allergies and dietary requirements. Chef Wayne cooked for us on the evening - he arrived at the agreed time to do all the set up and prepared the most fantastic meal for us! The fillet steak and fish mains were an absolute highlight, although all the food was outstanding.
