This week’s Cheese of the Week is Doddington! 🧀 ⭐

Doddington dairy is a family run business located in the ‘dark skies’ countryside of Northumberland.

Using milk from their own cows, they produce this award-winning, hard un-pasteurised cheese.

Aged for 12–18 months, it has characteristics of Cheddar, Parmesan and an aged Gouda. Crystalline, nutty and with a beautiful sweet, caramel flavour! 😋
