All our meat is locally sourced and fully
traceable. All our Lamb comes from Gordon's brother and business partner Andrew on his family farm in Kettlesing. Our Beef comes from Malham near Skipton and occasionally from other carefully selected Yorkshire farmers. Our Pork comes from Easingwold or other carefully selected Yorkshire farmers.
