Slingsby Gin pays tribute to William Slingsby, who, in 1571, discovered the unique properties of natural spring water from the Tewit Well in Harrogate. Since then, discerning individuals have sought out the picturesque Yorkshire town to restore body, mind and soul by relaxing, indulging and socialising. Slingsby did things differently, thought differently and had a vision that others considered to be extraordinary or even, a little odd; he epitomised the Spirit of Harrogate.

On National Vodka Day, a little appreciation for the other spirit in the Slingsby range 🍸

Crafted from the finest English wheat, distilled seven times to create a clean, smooth spirit, and blended with water drawn from the Harrogate aquifer. The result is a smooth, characterful vodka with a peppery start, a touch of creaminess and a pithy finish.

A classic deserves a Slingsby 🍸

Negroni Week is in full swing, so we're raising a glass to one of the greats.

The Slingsby Negroni:

25ml Slingsby London Dry
25ml Campari
25ml sweet vermouth

Stir with ice until chilled, then strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a slice of orange or an orange peel twist.

Simple, classic and worth doing properly. Cheers to the Negroni!

It’s National Blackberry Day 🖤 The perfect excuse for a Blackberry Bramble, Slingsby style!

Ingredients:
50ml Slingsby Blackberry Gin
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
7.5ml Crème de Mure

Add the Blackberry Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle the Crème de Mure over the ice to create a bleed and garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh blackberries.

Inspired by the restorative spirit of Harrogate, every bottle of Slingsby Gin is rooted in the place where our story began.

William Slingsby discovered the unique properties of the natural spring water at Harrogate's Tewit Well in 1571, helping to establish the town's reputation as a spa destination. His legacy continues to inspire Slingsby Gin and our ambition to capture the spirit of Harrogate in every bottle.

That same connection to Harrogate and to Yorkshire continues to inspire everything we create. Today, we celebrate Yorkshire Day, and the people, producers and traditions that continue to inspire everything we do.

A trio of favourites is set to return on 14 August!

Over the past few weeks, we've received so many messages asking when our Blackberry, Gooseberry and Marmalade Gins will be returning. We're delighted to say they're currently being prepared for their return, with availability expected in our online shop from 14 August 2026.
