Don’t let the weather put you off this bank holiday weekend and the rest of the week ahead as we have lots to keep you busy up at the farm whether your here to complete the Maize Maze, pick flowers from our flower fields or treating yourself to some delicious treats in our ice cream parlour we have something for everyone.

Everyday we are open throughout the holidays 10am till 5pm

Don’t forget you can stop off at our ice cream parlour without visiting the farm so if you’re heading up the dale then plan a stop off! Everything from the ice cream parlour can be made take out!An adventure should always include ice cream!

🎅🎄The excitement is building here at the farm as we are nearly ready to open the Christmas Booking line!🎄🎅

Every year we have upgraded the server to cope with the demand and you all still manage to crash the site sooo this year we have had a new website created and a new booking system that will cope with the traffic! Fingers crossed we will have it ready next week!

So for now get looking at your available dates you would like to visit so you are ready when we open the booking site.
We run every weekend from the end of November throughout December.

Christmas at the farm is a traditional family experience as it’s only your family who take the sleigh ride down and visit Santa in his woodland grotto at each time slot. There’s no big queues no big groups just you and your family making memories and keeping the magic alive.

Anyone lost a spanial dog from the Summerbridge area it’s run along the road and down our lane, wouldn’t stop as frightened but could still be around the woods possibly. It was black white and had some brown on it.

🌻🌼This weekend it is free entry into our flower fields! You will still pay for what you pick.🌼🌻

We thought this weekend we would take away the entrance fee to the flower fields as we are at a point in the sunflower field where the 1st drillings are finishing and the 2nd drillings are just starting to bloom so
This doesn’t mean there isn’t loads of flowers to pick but just it doesn’t look as vibrant as a week ago.
The Gladioli are in full flower now and look incredible, the 2nd bloom of sunflowers are ready and include all of our pro cut range which include the plum, white and red which you all have loved.

You can still pick wildflowers sunflowers and gladioli by the arm fulls and enjoy the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of the valley.

We are all guilty of sounding like this I’m pretty sure when we are worn out but at least we cannot hear ourselves!

What an achievement we won 1st, 2nd and 3rd places with our Gladioli!🥇🥈🥉

The kids entered a gladioli stem that they each chose and came away with a place card which they are over the moon with.
We are soo proud of them and so are they.
Even without winning it teaches them about taking part and having a go with the added bonus of a place card and some pocket money from their winnings, which we aren’t going to lie will probably be spent on sweets!

If you want to come pick some ‘Award Winning’ flowers then we are open everyday 10am till 5pm.

🌻🌸🌼How incredibly does this bouquet of our flowers look!

You don’t need to be a florist to create something special for your home all it takes is a vase and a selection of the flowers we grow and a little time to arrange them.

Always remember when you get home to recut the end of the stems so this will enable them to keep sucking up water! You can also add some flower food to help them too.

You too can create this with the flowers from the farm, we have

🌺🌻🌸The gladioli are flowering!🌺🌻🌸

For the last week we have been cutting gladioli on a first come first serve basis but as of today there are blooms happening everywhere and as you can see from the photos there are many different colours appearing throughout the field.

The gladioli are really impressive flowers and will look stunning on their own as a center piece to your room or mixed in with sunflowers and wildflowers.

Tag a flower lover who would love to come picking these beauties aswell as sunflowers and Wildflowers.
