High hydration dough & overnight fermentation — creating a beautifully airy, open crumb with a deliciously crispy crust.
Perfect for any time of the day!
Breakfast — with butter and your favourite jam.
Lunch or dinner — toasted with cream cheese, avocado, smoked salmon or simply a drizzle of olive oil.

£10 per batch — choose your preferred size:
- 1 large loaf
- 2 medium-sized loaves
- 4 small ciabatta-style rolls
The total amount of bread and the price remain the same — just choose the size that suits you best!
