O&B update, it’s been a while… We wanted to let you all know that we’ve made the decision to close O&B permanently.

We have absolutely loved our 5 years (can’t quite believe it’s gone that quickly) but we are both ready to move onto new adventures and reclaim our weekends!

We’ve had so many laughs along the way and met so many wonderful people. We wanted to thank everyone who came along for the ride and supported us, we’re very grateful to you all for helping make our little business a success.

We’ll keep this profile going, for inspiration and so we can stay in touch with the wonderful community we were part of! Thanks all xx

Update | We wanted to let you know that O&B will be taking a break from the kitchen for a few months while we work on some new ventures and reclaim our weekends! We’re excited to be trying new things over the summer months and will be making the most of our weekends, as these are often our busiest days in the kitchen!

We do have a number of future events already booked in, so we’ll still be donning our aprons and creating some delicious feasts for our grazers, but we will be closing our order books for future orders from Tuesday 1st April until further notice. We’ll keep you updated and will continue to share our news and pics with you!

We’re so excited to be working with the wonderful offering our delicious Heart Platters to enjoy when you book a retreat.

We recently spent a wonderful morning up there and can’t express enough what a beautiful and calm space it is. They offer personalised bespoke retreats in the Surrey Hills to relax and immerse yourself in nature. You can also book restorative sessions with a wide variety of local wellbeing practitioners.

So, if you’re in need of some ‘good for the soul’ pampering, we strongly recommend a Tree Space retreat and of course an Olive & Bloom Grazing Heart Platter to compliment your stay!

- Blue Monday, Shepherd’s Purse
- Isle of Wight Soft Cheese, Isle of Wight Dairy (Silver British Cheese Awards 2009)
- Olde Sussex Farmhouse Cheddar type cheese - Traditional Cheese Company, East Sussex
- Kidderton Ash Goats Cheese, Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses, Lancashire (Silver in the Non-traditional Soft Cheese at the International Cheese & Dairy Awards 2021) or French Boursin
- A selection of the finest charcuterie (vegetarian alternatives available)
- Pickles, olives, fresh and dried fruit and nuts
- A pack of Peter’s Yard Crackers
- A jar of local cheeseboard chutney

The heart is presented on a reusable platter board, and will be foil-wrapped. We can include a handmade gift tag, with room for a short personal message.

🥐 🥝 Our Valentine’s Breakfast Grazing Box is filled with fresh, delicious treats, perfect for a relaxed, lazy morning, where all you need to do is brew the coffee!

The box includes a selection of:
- Fresh pastries from local bakery, SODT, based in Petworth.
- Smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels
- Yoghurt, granola and honey pots or Overnight Oats
- Fresh fruit
- Jam
- Valentine’s Day themed chocolates

Award-winning, local cheeses have always been at the heart of our offering. We try to source the very best available locally, as well as supporting small independent cheesemakers across the UK. We feel this sets us apart and ensures our customers receive some truly tasty cheeses that they may not find in the supermarket. We’ve highlighted some of our favourite cheeses, which are loved by our grazers! 🧀

Isle of White Soft Cheese from the Isle of Wight Cheese Company, Isle of Wight

We just can’t get enough of the Isle of Wight Soft, it is a soft, white surface mould ripened pasteurised cheese that fits nicely in between the brie and camembert brackets. When young this cheese has a firm textured and sharp lactic flavour, as it ages the texture gets softer with the flavour becoming more familiar to the taste of camembert. The Isle of Wight Soft proudly took the title of Reserve Champion at the 2019 British Cheese Awards. 📷

Brighton Blue from The High Weald Dairy, West Sussex

This has been an Olive & Bloom staple since the start, we absolutely love it! Brighton Blue is a mild, semi-soft cheese with a mellow blue flavour. It has a slightly salty finish with a delicious melt in the mouth texture. It has won numerous awards including a Super Gold at the World Cheese Awards in both 2019 and 2020. We think it’s a must on any cheeseboard!

Ewe Eat Me from Allsop & Walker Artisan Cheese Maker, East Sussex

This wonderful Manchego style cheese, made in East Sussex is a firm favourite of ours. It is a hard ewe’s milk cheese, creamy tasting with nutty undertones, in a striking red rind. It has won 3 awards; silver at the British Cheese Awards, gold at the Best Artisan Hard Cheese awards and gold at the Best Hardy Sheep’s Cheese awards. Our Classic Grazing Platters are the perfect place to try it if you haven’t done already! 🧀

ARE YOU HOSTING A YOGA RETREAT? | We love a bit of yoga here at O&B and have been lucky enough to enjoy and cater for some wonderful yoga retreats/workshops hosted by fabulous local yoga teachers, who curate the most wonderful morning, day and evening sessions to nurture the soul.

Whether you’re looking for something little bit lighter; such as homemade energy balls, granola bites, fruit platters or Houmous & Crudités to, we have you covered are more than happy to tailor our platters to suit you and your attendees. We also have our popular Cheese & Charcuterie Platters and our homemade Brownies & Berries Platters if you’re looking for something more substantial.

We can deliver to your venue before guests arrive, help with set up and provide allergy advice labels, menus and plates, napkins and cutlery should you require them. Please do get in touch for a chat if you think we can help.

‘Tis the season! Festive Wreath making is in full swing at O&B this weekend, filled with award-winning cheeses from Hampshire and Sussex, delicious charcuterie and a selection of antipasti - it’s a real showstopper!

We loved that one customer told us “It wouldn’t be Christmas without one of your lovely wreaths!“ 🎅🏼
