RoniB's Kitchen is a family-run business, producing sauces, marinades and condiments from our family recipes. Our products are hand-produced in small batches, sourced from natural ingredients and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. We are proud recipient of three Great Taste awards: Black Bean Chilli Oil in 2019, Kalamansi Marmalade in 2020 and Garlic Chilli Oil in 2021.

Every Filipino family has their own adobo recipe. This is mine. 🇵🇭

Across the Philippines, families and regions prepare adobo differently. My version comes from the recipe I grew up eating—savoury, tangy and aromatic, without chilli heat.

Putting something so personal into a jar felt like a big step. I wanted to preserve the flavours of home while making Filipino adobo easy to cook in any kitchen.

This is a cooking sauce, not a marinade. Pour one jar over 500g of chicken, pork, tofu or vegetables and let the sauce do the heavy lifting. It serves 4–6 people.
