Normally we'd be quizzing away on the first Wednesday of the month... but with everyone juggling the chaos of the kids' first week back at school, we're giving you all a little extra time to recover. 😅

📅 September's BN6 Quiz will be on Wednesday 9th September ⏰ 7:00pm start

Same great quiz, same questionable general knowledge, same opportunity to argue with your teammates over answers.

We've done some questionable things over the years, but giving away free beer might be one of our better ideas.

🍺 FREE STIEGL DAY AT BN6 🍺

Today we're pouring an entire keg of Stiegl completely free.

That's around 88 pints of Austria's finest lager, and once it's gone, it's gone.

So if you've never tried Stiegl, now's your chance. If you've had it before, you already know why you should be heading down.

Tonight is Tilly's last shift at BN6 before she heads off to flight school. ✈️

We're incredibly proud of her as she starts an exciting new chapter and begins training for a career in aviation.

While we'll miss her behind the bar, we understand that funding a handbag habit of this magnitude requires a slightly bigger runway than craft beer can provide... 👜😉

Pop in this evening, wish her luck, and help us give her the send-off she deserves.

Good luck Tilly. Aim high, and don't forget us when you're flying somewhere much sunnier than Sussex. ❤️🍻

💔 Bad news, BN6...

There'll be no pizzas today. 🍕

We're firing up the grill for Smash Burgers from 5pm - 9pm! 🍔🔥

Made with some of the finest Sussex Wagyu beef, smashed to perfection, loaded with cheese and served in toasted buns.

We've also got:

Oh, and in what can only be described as a slightly poorly planned Verdant tap takeover, we've somehow ended up with a bar full of fantastic Verdant beer too.

Apparently yesterday was National Burger Day (that's genuinely a thing, apparently). We missed it completely, so we're celebrating a day late. As usual.
So no pizza tonight.

But burgers, great beer, and questionable planning decisions.

From 5pm-ish to 9pm.

Whilst autumn still seems an age away, dark beer season will soon be upon us…

We’re excited to be launching a classic Dry Porter from one of our favourite local brewers, Robin at fourmanbrewery, who has an amazing tiny brewery in the garden of thetrevorglynde

Brewed with Sussex well water, a carefully balanced blend of roasted malts, and Fourman’s signature house yeast, this is a traditional porter with all the rich, satisfying character you’d expect from the style.

Even better, it’s brewed exclusively for local trade, making it a true local beer experience.
