I don’t normally write posts like this, but this one means quite a lot to me.
It’s been a pretty mad journey getting 3 Souls in a Bowl to where it is now.
We’ve gone from pop-ups, events and different kitchens to finally having somewhere we can properly call home.
And I’m not going to pretend it’s been easy. Things are bloody tough at the moment, especially financially. Throw in two very young children, very little sleep, family hurdles and all the other stuff life throws at you… at times it’s been absolute chaos 😂
But we’ve kept going.
Sometimes you’re so busy trying to get through the next day that you forget to stop and look at how far you’ve actually come.
And after all these years, we finally have a proper restaurant again. ❤️
There’s still loads to do, money is still tight and I’ll probably change my mind about where everything goes another 20 times 😂 but it’s ours.
A proper home for 3 Souls. Somewhere to cook the food I love, play good music, bring people together and create somewhere that myself and my family can genuinely be proud of.
To everyone who has eaten with us, supported us, recommended us, helped us or simply told me to keep going… thank you.
Now it’s time to fill this place with food, music, people and some bloody good memories.
