🍂 AUTUMN ALE 5.8% 🍂

Our take on an ESB. Full of bready, heritage Chevalier Malt from Crisp Malt, alongside Amber, Chocolate, Rye and Invert No. 2, and using whole English hops (Admiral and Ernest). Rich in malt complexity, marmalade sweetness, and a dry, spicy finish.

We ventured down to brew this with the excellent Ideal Day Family Brewery. A huge thank you to James and Nia for having us.

Special artwork for this brew was made by our brilliant and talented friend Rachel | Illustrator 🌙.

All profits will go to the good people of SUSTENANCE food support.

Back to Glasgow.

On Monday, we travelled up to see our friends at Simple Things Fermentations for another collaboration brew with .fictions

This time, it's a punchy Black IPA with a grist of Midnight Wheat, Munich, Rye, Spelt and a little bit of Invert (thanks Harvey's Brewery 🧡), coupled with UK and US Cascade. We can't wait for you to try it 🌟.

We'll be raising funds for the brilliant Anna Hardcastle , a fantastic charity run to support people with learning disabilities through offering creative outlets, life skills support and most of all a welcoming community.

🌼🌼🌼 NEIPA 6.7% 🌼🌼🌼

Our new IPA is ready, and packed full of the freshest Citra, Galaxy and Luna, with heaps of wheat, flaked oats and spelt malt. Big and bright citrus zest, peach and a pronounced peppery bitterness, all carried by a silky, pillowy body that's soft on the palate. Brewed with our friends 🧡

We made it to support the great work done by , specifically in offering access to therapy to those in our community without the financial means.
