Kombucha tea is a new/old way to enjoy fresh brewed tea that follows the traditional Ancient Chinese method of then adding a culture of beneficial bacteria and yeast and fermenting over a number of before bottling and leaving for several days to condition and mature before consuming, yielding a naturally effervescent, sophisticated mouth taste with a gentle kick. Kombucha is perfect food for the g

ut 'microbiome' while also satisfying the desire or craving for alcoholic drinks, and at less than 4g/100ml of sugar is below the sugar tax threshold. GO Kombucha is the UK's longest-established and most respected authentic kombucha tea brand, established 2003. We never add fruit syrups or purees, instead sourcing contrasting organic Chinese teas selected for their character and taste notes; grassy, medium dry-like sencha, punchy, cider-like pu-erh, our delicate prosecco alternative white pai-mu-tan, malty, ale-like Superior Yunnan and fruity and Muscatel grape-like Darjeeling - our first Indian leaf. In 2020 we launched our first (and only!) "tea-plus" variety; Green Sencha infused with a splash of organic ginger juice. GO Kombucha is hand made in small batches using our own water drawn from a spring well on an old family-owned English vineyard in the heart of the lush Hastings countryside of East Sussex in South East England.
