So, the start of 2026 has not been what we expected! Anthony in being admitted into Hospital in January then again in April it really put a spanner in the works! But now, he's back with his team!

The summer schedule is getting booked up and will officially start on May 30th! Back at The Compound with W.AVE ARTS who are hosting a Graffiti Battle event called Dubbed.

Some new and exciting opportunities will be coming up too, so you can grab your Barbecue Fix! Keep an eye out for our Summer Schedule, which is Coming Soon!

Not quite back to square one but sure feels like it! Anthony has been admitted back into Hostpital. So plans for The Dripping Pig have been put on hold while we know whats going on.

Thank you for all your support and messages over the past few months. This is obviously not the 2026 start we wanted but we will be back!

Hi all followers of The Dripping Pig.

I'm hoping in two to three weeks to start a phased return in the next couple of weeks. I am completely off steroids which will gauge whether or not I will be able to return, as discussed with the owners Royal Albert.

I know this has been a pain in the neck for everyone but unfortunately my health has to come first. For perspective I have only been out of the house for the past three weeks. Yesterday was the first day all year I have managed to have a day with my family out of the house and drive in the same day.

I can not throw myself in at the deep end like I used too. I'm hoping to come back and increase the kitchen opening hours according to my health.

I am yet to know if this is long or short term or a permanent effect on my lungs. Imagine having the feeling of someone squeezing your lungs when ever you exert, laugh or push your self. That is where I am currently at, daily I am working out where my limit is. Also pushing myself to see what my body can handle.

I cannot express how greatfull I am, to all at the Royal Albert for not adding pressure on me and my family at this time.

Any bookings from June onwards have been covered staffing wise and will be going ahead with or without me at the helm. The Dripping Pig will still be providing quality American Style Barbecue!

Just an update on Anthony, he came out of hospital on the 11th and is now recovering at home. Hopefully he will back up and running or atleast cooking soon.
