A rather chaotic introduction to this week’s Wine of the Week: Turkey Flat Vineyards Sparkling Shiraz.

A wine traditionally enjoyed at Christmas in Australia, but why wait until December?

Expect notes of cranberry, deep spiced fruits and a light sparkle - a little different from your usual fizz but definitely worth a try.

After two takes we can confirm it’s worth it 😉

This week, Ollie’s taking us to Mallorca for our Wine of the Week… 🍷☀️

Meet Can Axartell Blanc Mètode Gravetat, an organic white wine produced on the island of Mallorca using the winery’s unique Mètode Gravetat - a process that uses gravity rather than mechanical pumps to move the grapes and wine through the winery, helping preserve the delicate character of the fruit

Fresh, dry and beautifully aromatic, expect plenty of tropical fruit, citrus and delicate floral notes, with a refreshing acidity and an elegant, lingering finish.

A little taste of Mallorca in the Peak District… and a very easy one to enjoy in the courtyard when the sun makes an appearance. Available by the glass all week ☀️🥂
