Weekends are always jam-packed here at Cuckoo Mill! ❤️ Martin & Julie had busy days at Haverfordwest Farmers Market and Marchnad Ffermwyr Aberystwyth Farmers' Market! 🐓🦃

Martin was given the morning off today and ran the Swansea Half Marathon! 🙌 Next year - grandson Iori plans on running the fun run with him! 🏃

Beth & Luke welcomed their fab friends over to Hampshire (and squeezed in A LOT of sheep work!) 🐑 We love following their progress on the Downlands Estate!

Back at Cuckoo Mill, Emily & Carwyn have been busy working on a project with the help of their 3 little boys! 🔨Lots of mouths to feed so Mother Hen Julie is in full-swing catering!

We’re waiting to welcome another foal to our stud of Welsh Mountain Ponies, absolute magic watching these foals grow! ❤️

What a great day for a triathlon! 🏊🏽🚴🏃 Da iawn to our very own Martin for such a great effort today and llongyfarchiadau to our fellow farmers’ market trader and pal Alistair at Blaencamel Farm for taking a podium placing at today's Aberaeron Triathlon! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Preparation for these events don’t happen by chance…it’s squeezing in training before the day begins and after the work is done…and we couldn’t be prouder! ❤️ xx

A sun-soaked week at Cuckoo Mill Farm 🌻💛

• We welcomed two new foals to our Welsh Mountain Pony Stud 🐴 💕🩵
• Youngest members of the team watched their Bapa and Cu (Martin & Julie) prepare farmers’ markets orders 🦃
• One mini boss had a go preparing bags of Hook Farm vegetables, ready to take to the Uplands Market tomorrow 🥬
• We LOVE following Beth & Luke’s exciting journey at Downlands Estate in England, especially this beautiful photo of the Downlands cattle grazing near the bluebells 💜
