Across 2 evenings, we’ll be serving up our usual menu, but as always, if you’re coming just for us, arrive early to avoid disappointment!

This is Nia, and her daughter. They are our OG’s!👌🏻 Nia came to our very first Pop Up over 2 years ago, and she keeps on coming back for the good stuff time after time. 🔥

This weekend we’re at the incredible for our first of a few dates here this summer ☀️

If you are coming for us, please arrive early to avoid disappointment. Our last pop up sold out in 51 minutes! 🤯

We have a lot of you asking for a menu for pre-orders, so here it is! We’ll be serving between 5-9pm or sell out both days. Please place your pre-orders before 4pm both days, as we’ll be too busy to answer messages after this. 👍🏻

🔥🐄OUR SMOKED BEEF BRISKET🐄🔥

This doesn’t just feel like heaven, it is heaven!🔥

Our Beef is sourced from the incredible , who put their weekly supplier on their board, so you know it’s sourced locally here in Pembrokeshire 🔪

It comes to Reeves BBQ HQ where we season it with our Beef Rub that’s made from scratch, it’s then left for a few hours for those flavours to infuse. 🧂

Then, we put it onto the offset smoker for up to 14 hours, and once she’s ready, she’s wrapped up tight with some beef tallow, and rested in the oven overnight. 💤

Just like our pork, the product you eat takes us 24hrs+ to achieve, proper Texas Style BBQ! 🇺🇸

It’s exclusive, it’s limited, and once it’s gone, it’s GONE! 💨

So Friday night we did a thing! We had the absolute pleasure of closing the first day on the Live Demo stage at

We talked all things Pushed Pork, the rub, the process, the cook, the results. We also got to briefly use a to demonstrate how you could achieve this with a different type of BBQ other than an offset smoker. Lovely bit of kit 👌🏻

WHAT A DAY!! 👌🏻 Huge thank you to for having us, and for all of our amazing customers who sold us out! Special mention to the lads in these pics who came back 3 times for food 😂👍🏻
