Perfectly Pushed Pork 🐖
It’s what we’re famous for. Pork Shoulder slow smoked for 12-14hrs, to guarantee that perfect push when serving, leaving guests gasping.

Beautifully Bold Beef Brisket 🐄
Beef Brisket, half or full. Smoked low and slow for 12-14hrs, promising rich beef flavour, dripping juice, and a wow factor on the table.

☀️🎡🔥SUMMER 2026🔥🎡☀️

Where do we even begin? 🤯

Our first full summer of trading, and it has been madness from start to finish! Food Festivals, Demos, Pop Ups, Weddings, we’ve done it all! Not sure how we survived, but you guys make it all worthwhile! 🥰

We’ve sold out nearly every event, and we could not have done it without YOU, our amazing customers, old and new! 🔥

A huge thank you to all the event organisers, campsite owners, and couples who put their trust in us over this busy season, we can’t wait to work with you all again going forward!

Thank you to all the amazing Pembrokeshire food vendors we’ve had the pleasure of working alongside this summer, who have fed us, watered us, and kept us laughing our way through 👌🏻

And lastly, we couldn’t have done it without our amazing suppliers and products that keep us going through every single event 🔥

🍴👨🏻‍🍳🔥NARBERTH FOOD FESTIVAL🔥👨🏻‍🍳🍴

Narberth, you were amazing! You sold us out by 2:30pm on day 1, and despite a very wet and windy start on day 2, we only had a few pork rolls left by the end of the day! 🤯

It was lovely to see lots of returning customers, meet lots of new faces, and finish the summer working alongside some of the best food vendors and producers in Pembrokeshire! 🔥

Another year, another great festival! Well done to all the organisers and volunteers for working so hard, and for having us as part of your festival. 👏🏻

We have a few quiet weeks to work on a very exciting project that’s been in the pipeline. So keep your eyes peeled! 👀👀👀

This weekend is our last big one of the Summer. We’ll be at the fantastic

Expect your favourite smoked meats, our famous sh***un shells, and a limited event special just for the occasion. 🔥

There’s a great line up of vendors and stalls, and live music and chef demos across the weekend. 👌🏻

Let’s talk about yesterday!

We have absolutely no food content because we were too busy having fun supporting such a fantastic event for our county!

We were surrounded by incredible people, a sense of belonging, and a care free atmosphere where everyone could just be themselves. 🏳️‍🌈

We also had the pleasure of working with some great vendors again. Thank you for the company and 🍹🥔

We laughed, we cried, we sang, we danced, and we made new friends who I’m sure will be with us for years to come. Pembrokeshire Pride, you were incredible! Thank you for letting us be a part of your event 🙏🏻

🎶🍔🔥THE HALFWAY FOOD FESTIVAL🔥🍔🎶

Llanelli… you showed UP!!

We had an incredible weekend at the The Halfway Llanelli food festival, thank you so much for inviting us to be a part of such a great event.

Food vendors were incredible, live music was spot on, and of course the cold beers were flowing! 🍻🔥

It was great to meet lots of new customers, and to see some familiar faces over the weekend. We couldn’t do this without you 😊

We were so close to a sell out on Saturday, but Sunday you guys cleared us out, and we sold out just before 6pm. 🙌🏻

We are now putting on our ‘Out of Office’, as we get ready for our first holiday as a family of 4. We will reply to all messages from 14th September onwards 👍🏻
