Where to from here? First goal was to have the grain. Now the limitations are having the facilities or access to clean dry and store the grain in quantity. Outlets to sell the grain to. Branding and marketing. Milling facilties, the group has a sophisticated electric white flour mill in need of attention. A bakery? Premises, more growers?
The list goes on but anyone interested in any of these areas wanting to get involved or contribute would be appreciated.
