Not nice bees in this box

They have been a challenge to deal with since the 1st inspection of the year

Hopefully, the new queen will change their nasty behaviour!

On got to wait 6 weeks or so lol

A swarm found yesterday evening leaving a box in the apiary. Only moved to the adjacent hedge. So I found them a nice fresh swarm box to move in to.

Then this morning I found another one 50 foot away from the other. Clinging to a bit of Ragwort. Another box found as a new home for them

So, yesterday evening after finishing mowing and strimming. I was doing a walk of the field at 8pm when I noticed a few flying bees in one corner of the field.

So I started looking for a possible swarm. And sat on the fence was the below shown swarm.

It was dark and raining before I was happy that most bees were in the box. Didn’t spot the queen

Will move them to a full hive when the weather is favourable
