How good is your beneficial insect ident? Found this chap while out walking with the dog.
Over the last few years we have been actively trying to encourage and increase the numbers of beneficial insects by reducing our insecticide use and developing habitats in the fields where beneficial insects may inhabit. These fellas are more nocturnal so was a bonus to find it on my coat this afternoon.
