The nice weather has come back !
See you on Friday for the social with serving thier delicious Romana Tonda style wood fired pizzas. Open from 4pm..
Saturday we are CLOSED for a 40th party and then again on Sunday. We’ve had a few party bookings of late and still have some dates left for 2026 on Saturdays and Sundays. Let us know if you’re planning a party…

Friday 5th June: Standard Friday night chaos here with doing the honours. Open from 4pm.
Saturday 6th June: CLOSED FOR A WEDDING PARTY.
Sunday 7th June: open from midday with a debut from .pizzeria Come along and say hi with the kids and dog in tow..

It’s the on Saturday and it’s bigger and longer than ever with stalls staying open until 6pm now…come and join us for a pint and listen to the live music…

Friday 22nd - open from 4pm with cooking up some delicious Taiwanese food for us 🇹🇼
Saturday 23rd - open during the day from midday but then closed from 5pm for a private party. Walk the dog over for an afternoon pint maybe….?
Sunday 24th - CLOSED for a private party

This is a little late in posting but we really want to give a shout out to Sandy and
A couple of weeks ago the booked food truck couldn’t make it and so Sandy agreed to step in at the last minute. As things turned out it was a very busy evening indeed and she had to send her husband out a couple of times for more rice and other ingredients. She didn’t stop cooking until late into the evening and then proceeded to cook the brewery staff some food. What an absolute superstar she is! ⭐

And here’s another thing: Her Taiwanese Bento inspired food is absolutely delicious!! It pairs so well with beer too.

And here’s yet another thing: She’s here again this Friday! Yeay!! 😃

It’s a World Cup year! As usual we’ll be showing all the England games live at the brewery….be sure to reserve a table as were always busy for the footy ⚽️
We’ll have food trucks on site so you can eat and drink before kick off which will generally be at 9pm according to the fixtures. Times may vary of course so keep your eyes open 👁️ 🕵️

Another sunny social Friday is here! See all of you hairy doggers later… ☀️
Here’s the line up for the weekend:
Friday 8th - and we open at 4pm 🧀 🍔
Saturday 9th - CLOSED private event
Sunday 10th - open at midday with last Sunday roast before we switch to bbq’s. There are just a few tables left so PLEASE book as we hate turning people away…( roasts will return in September)

Weekend approaching - and it’s a bank holiday one! So weather looks great on Friday, ok on Saturday and then…well let’s see…
Friday 1st - open at 4pm with the lovely Sandy from cooking her terrific Taiwanese bento inspired dishes. Never tried it? You really should.
Saturday 2nd - magnificent here from 1pm doing their magic.
Sunday 3rd - CLOSED (next Roast is on 10th May)
Monday 4th - you can get a pint of the Hairy Dog at the Cuckoo Fayre in Cuckfield where our Charlie will be pulling the pints…great day out for the family.
