Garden Fire Feast by the sea x 40pax ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A special evening last Friday in the garden of an astonishing house by the sea in West Wittering, Sussex.

Friends gathered for an evening of great food, good company and sunshine, with canapés circulating through the garden before a feast of vibrant salads and sides, crispy-skinned BBQ sea bass, and our wood-fired grass-fed beef bavette and short ribs.

Cooking over fire is always at the heart of what we do, and seeing our fire cages in full flow in front of the guests never gets old.

To finish, our petit four-sized desserts made their way around the garden, always a crowd favourite and the perfect ending to a memorable evening.

From our wood fire setup to the constant flow of plates loaded with freshly grilled meats, fish and vegetables, this is what we love doing: making sure everyone leaves your party happier than they arrived.

Dear Neighbours,

We are a small, local, family-run catering company looking for new talent to join our brilliant team of waiting and kitchen staff.

We cook in some of the most amazing houses, venues, vineyards and Airbnbs in the area, and we are looking for like-minded people with the right attitude to join us on a part-time basis. Experience is always welcome, but a positive attitude and a love for the hospitality industry are what matter most to us and our clients.
