We have had a super busy weekend and a sell out Sunday,

We would like to thank everyone for their patience today at lunch time when the wait times went a little longer than we would have liked. Thanks for your support we hope you all enjoyed your food and drinks.

FYI

This Wednesday is our first bike night of the year, we are open 12pm - 8pm

For those that don’t like to park your bike on the carpark where you can’t see it, there is some space at the front of the bus.

Good evening everyone.

We had a little tinker around with our smash burgers tonight for tea.

We are doing our signature smash burger (Double Decker burger) see what we did there 🙂 with the option of smoked cheddar cheese.
We think it tastes amazing.

We also tried our new chicken wings. We seasoned them with our own seasoning (bus dust) and also with salt and pepper seasoning with hot honey. We will do pictures of these once we source flat chicken wings.

Here is a picture of our Smokey smash burgers tonight.

Good evening everyone.

We have had a super busy day today getting all the stock ready for tomorrow.

Our first stop was at Sheldon’s Bakery. We collected 420 Lancashire oven bottom muffins, these have been donated to us by the bakery, this allows us to give a greater donation at the end of the day. I think k we need a bigger trailer for the day 😂

We will be donating 10% of what we make on the day.

We have over 40kg of bacon, we have over 200 burgers and enough cheese slices for every burger.

We have stocked up on Yorkshire tea and Nescafé so we can serve up as many brews as we can keep up with.

We have chocolate bar’s aplenty for anyone that needs a sugar kick.

We will be there from 11am getting all our prep ready. We have over 6kg of onions to slice!!

We look forward to feeding as many of you as we can!!

The countdown is on until Jingle All The Way - Chorley
Saturday 8th November.
We will be open for refreshments on the final leg of the event.
We will be doing bacon Sandwiches and burgers.
Hit and cold drinks, bars of chocolate and tray baked will be available.
Thanks to amazing support from Sheldon's Bakery we are now better placed to give a larger donation.
We will be donating 10% from our sales, that’s not from profit but from whatever we take on the day.

Hopefully the weather holds off and we get to see lots of amazing people dressed as Santa.

Today is our last day of public trading.

We are open from 9am until 2/3pm depending on the weather.

We have our usual menu available and a couple of new items we will be doing at the boatyard bus cafe when we take it over in february.

We are open on the 8th November to support Jingle All The Way - Chorley.
We are being supported by Sheldon's Bakery with their Lancashire oven bottom muffins, this means we can give a greater donation at the end of the event!!

We would like to thank all our customers for your support at our little butty van for the last year or so. We hope you all follow us to the The Boatyard Bus Cafe when we open in February.

Morning everyone,

The rain is in for the day, we will not be opening today.

Tomorrow is our last public day of trade at the fishery.

We will be opening no matter the weather.

We will also have a couple of new items we will be taking to The Boatyard Bus Cafe in February.

We will be opening 9-2/3pm tomorrow.
