With lots of new wheat pasta alternatives available now, spelt pasta is viewed as quite a retro choice...and we're a fan of the retro pasta.

In fact, spelt is an ancient grain, so does that make it ancient pasta...?

We love spelt pasta for it's nutty flavour. It's also high in fibre and protein, and gentler on the gut than traditional wheat pasta.
