With reports that a major supermarket chain is moving away from selling brown eggs, now is the perfect time to produce your own fresh, delicious eggs, right at home.

We have healthy, productive brown egg-laying hens available now. These friendly girls are already laying (or close to laying) and are ideal for back gardens, smallholdings, allotments and anyone wanting a reliable supply of fresh eggs.

As promised we took delivery of a number of new pullets today
Speckledies
Light Sussex
Magpies
And Bluebelles.
We also got some stunning Polish and Silkies.

The long awaited delivery of new pullets is due with us on Sunday 17th.
As well as the usual Light Sussex, Bluebelles, Speckledies and Magpies we will also have some Bantam Silkies and Polish available.
These will all be available from Monday onwards.

Only a small number of Warrens left looking for new coops.
21 weeks old some already laying.

We are expecting a new batch of POL pullets in about 2 weeks.
Should hopefully have some good numbers of Bluebelles, Light Sussex,
Speckledies and Magpies.

More info will be added once I have confirmation of what’s coming in.

We still have a couple of young chicks looking for a new coop.
Currently 6 weeks old (23/4) so will be going on growers soon.

1 Light Sussex and few Speckledies and Black rocks.
