Just an appreciation post for our butcher. The butcher that every day keeps it consistently perfect, makes us our own sausages to fit perfectly into rolls, and some days even texts us to ask what we need to tomorrow when we forget to ask 🤣. Couldn't ask for a better butcher.
All our sausage, bacon & black pudding comes from here. Never cheap frozen stuff from a wholesaler. Just decent quality meat.
