Thought I'd highlight some of the ingredients I love to use in my baking. First is peanut butter - apart from being able to eat straight from the jar, I really like the texture of this one and regularly use it, including putting it in my gorgeous brownies

Feels nice to be getting back on track with my baking, even if it may be a little slow for the time being. Looking after my mum who took a fall back in April, meant alot of time travelling between Cornwall and Yorkshire. I'm spending a couple of nights getting some lovely bakes ready for the local dog show/fun day on Saturday....time to get the chocolate out
