FRESH FRESH FRESH, this is how we eat ceviche at Pica Rico, we don’t like to share it but it can be meant to be shared.
We serve it cold, with totopos on the side and ready to stock in!
Some people use a spoon. We use a totopo then don’t forget to drink the juice left over!!!
