Welcome to Roskorwell, home to Cornwall’s first lavender farm. As well as lavender, we have a six-acre apple orchard, destined to become delectable Cornish cider and juice. Our third crop is saffron, such an important ingredient in Cornish baking. We farm using traditional methods, which are gentle with the landscape and encourage local wildlife. We’ll process our produce on-site with tried-and-tested techniques, creating gorgeous handmade products from soaps to ciders.
