One of the finest brandys I’ve tasted alongside two of the finest cheeses I’ve tasted, Beanleigh blue from Ticklemore Dairy and Raedwald from Fen Farm Dairy plus some of our own, Heron an alpine style rind washed cheese, our Camembert which is particularly creamy right now as is the Blue Moon.
