Somewhat behind the times with trends- but perhaps being behind the times is 'kinda chic' in itself!

So many things that we could add to this list but these are just a few potted highlights. Have you tried to make a 'kinda chic' list?

* kinda chic to run a chocolate shop
* kinda chic to work with your wife & have management meetings together
* kinda chic to have a pink 'Come in, we're open' door sign and a pride 'Everyone is Wecome' sticker
* kinda chic to go on courses to learn new chocolate skills but also kinda chic that a product we first made when The Cheif Chocolate Taster was tiny (herd of chocolate dinosaurs) is still just as popular today as it was back then (a lonnngggg time ago!)
* it's even kinda chic to tackle the chocolate washing up now and again (although we're super super super grateful that it isn't an every week occurance that we have to do it due to the amazing Jean!)

NEW!!!

There's a new 'kid' on the block in the shop: we now have two options for our iconic 3 bar gift packs

* milk selection (including one fudge brownie, one nothing but millk and one Droitwich salted caramel bar)
* classic selection (including Sorrento orange (milk chocolate), raspberry lemonade (white chocolate) and stem ginger (dark chocolate).

Which one will you opt for? Both packs contain 3 x 40 slab bars.

11 years ago today - our presentation has come on a bit since then! Our chocolate still tastes amazing! Glad it wasn't as hot then as it is today!

A touch of flavour development work for a client- floral truffles with a hint of peppery heat. We took a sample of this flavour round the site for taste testing and everyone loved it! Nikki said it was 'a taste of home in a spoon' - all the flavours of India.

Floral flavours can be 'love or hate' though- there is no middle ground. Where do you stand? We're divided down the middle as a team.

These personalised bars were made last week specially for a customer who was due to visit relatives soon with the exciting news that she was pregnant.

It is such an honour to be part of your milestone events in a small way. We wish expectant Mum and family all the very best and hope you visit again in years to come with little one!
