Food that brings people together 🌿

Beautiful food is such a big part of any celebration. Something to gather around, enjoy together and remember long after the plates have been cleared.

This summery starter is smoked salmon with horseradish crème fraîche, pickled cucumber ribbons and summer flowers.

Fresh, delicate and almost too pretty to eat.

Almost 😉

Yes, incredible food matters (a lot!), but what we hear time and again is that couples want their wedding day to feel like them.

Elegant or relaxed, modern or traditional, they want it to feel personal rather than staged. They want a team they can trust to handle the details, adapt when plans change and make sure everything flows smoothly.

Most of all, they want to be able to switch off and enjoy it.

As one of our team put it, “They want to feel like guests at their own wedding.”

And we think that sums it up rather perfectly 🤍

“It all felt so relaxed.”

And that’s exactly how a special occasion should feel.

Whether we’re catering a wedding, an intimate dinner, a milestone birthday or a big celebration, some of our favourite feedback is hearing that everything simply flowed.

“The food was incredible and the service was seamless.”

Of course, we want the food to be something you and your guests remember, but the way it’s served and the experience around it matters just as much.

“The team were warm and attentive.”

We want your guests to feel genuinely looked after, while you can relax, enjoy yourself and be part of the occasion rather than thinking about what’s happening behind the scenes.

Because great catering isn’t only about what’s on the plate. It’s about bringing everything together so that the whole experience feels effortless, enjoyable and memorable.

Good food, lovely people and a celebration you can be fully present for. That’s always the aim.

It’s not just about feeding people.

Every menu we create, every ingredient we source and every plate we serve is part of something much bigger than the meal itself.

Food has a unique way of bringing people together. It encourages conversation, fills a room with laughter and gives everyone a reason to pause, connect and celebrate.

Some of the most meaningful moments happen around the table.

Watching a room come alive after the final course has been served is one of our favourite parts of every wedding.

It is a reminder that great food helps create an atmosphere where memories are made and moments are shared with the people who matter most.

That is why we love what we do. It is not simply about serving exceptional food; it is about bringing people together for moments they will never forget.

One of the best things about planning your wedding is that there are very few rules.

The same goes for your wedding breakfast.

Some couples love the elegance of beautifully plated dishes arriving at the table. Others prefer the relaxed atmosphere that comes from sharing platters, where guests naturally chat, pass dishes around and help themselves.

Both work brilliantly.

If you asked our team which they prefer, you’d probably get a few different answers! After catering more than 2,500 weddings, our Chef Director, Kevin, would choose an Italian sharing-style starter to get everyone talking, followed by a plated main course for that extra touch of elegance, before finishing with a selection of mini desserts and a round of Espresso Martinis.

Ultimately, there isn’t a right answer. The best choice is the one that reflects your personalities and the atmosphere you want to create.

Which would you choose for your wedding? Sharing, plated, or a combination of both? 👇

Sometimes the hardest part is deciding which one to choose.

Our mini dessert station gave guests the chance to enjoy a selection of beautifully crafted sweet treats, from strawberries topped with vanilla bean cream and delicate mini meringues to silky vanilla panna cotta with strawberry compote and rich vegan dark chocolate pots finished with dried berries.

A relaxed and interactive way to end the meal, allowing guests to sample a little of everything while creating plenty of conversation around the table.

Small desserts. Big smiles.

A smooth wedding breakfast never happens by accident.

Behind every seamless service is careful planning, realistic timings, experienced staff and plenty of attention to detail.

From factoring in serving and clearing times to planning dietary requirements and building flexibility into the schedule, it’s often the things guests never see that make the biggest difference.

If you’re currently planning your wedding, save this post for later 🌟.

A delicious start to the celebrations, chosen by our Head Chef.

Instead of selecting individual canapés, our Chef’s Choice option allows our kitchen team to create a seasonal selection based on the very best ingredients available at the time.

By working with fresh, seasonal produce and taking advantage of the best market prices, we’re able to offer exceptional quality and value without compromising flavour.

For this event, guests enjoyed crisp vegetable spring rolls with sticky plum sauce alongside smoked salmon with chive cream cheese and fresh chives.

Thoughtfully chosen, beautifully presented and full of flavour, Chef’s Choice canapés are designed to surprise and delight guests from the very first bite.

A starter designed to awaken the palate. Tender lemon and paprika chicken was paired with crisp baby leaves and a smooth smoked garlic aioli, creating layers of flavour that felt both fresh and indulgent.

The smoky chipotle chilli tomato essence added depth and warmth, bringing the whole dish together with a subtle kick.

A carefully balanced plate that offered guests a vibrant and flavour-packed beginning to the wedding breakfast.
