It's been awhile but we are finally getting back out there. Today we are out at Woolhope village Hall for a christening.
We've got beautiful pork legs slow cooked on the hog roast machine served with the usual stuffing and apple sauce.
Accompanied with a potato salad and a green salad.

We are thinking of doing takeaway hog roast, bbq and smoked meats and meals straight from the farm and we were wondering if people would be interested in something like this?

As an idea we would be providing

Pulled pork and pulled beef burger buns with all the trimmings
Smoked biskets
Baby back rips
Smoked beef rips
Lamb and beef burgers
Sausages
Hog roast rolls
Chicken wings

Sides
Macaroni cheese
Potato salad
Home made caulslaw
Baked beans
Spicy baked beans
Cheese topped onion squash

All home made and home grown.

We had a fantastic time on the weekend, providing lunch for a very wet but upbeat shoot at Kingstone. The pork rolls warmed them up enough so they could brave another few drives after lunch and end the day on a high. Very grateful to Charlie Langford for having us again.
