You can now customise your meal preps in the following ways

- Pick your protein & choose between 100g or 150g
- Pick which carb you’d like as a side
- Pick a sauce to go with it (if the sauce you’d like isn’t listed please get in touch we’ll see what we can do)

So you can pick a meal tailored to exactly how you’d like it 🙌

All of these custom meals come with a mix of vegetables.

We’ve got some new updates to our meal prep service!

New Menu - We have updated our meal options, but this time we have given you more freedom to customise your meals exactly how you would like them. You will be able to pick your Protein, Carbs & Sauce of choice.

Order cut off day - will now be 8PM FRIDAY.

Delivery days - We are going to be changing our delivery days to a Tuesday Delivery & Friday Delivery within a 10 mile radius of Hereford for £1.50.

We hope you like the changes and would like to thank you all for your continued support. As a thank you we are giving a 10% discount on all orders just use the code ’10FORME’
