We're adding new recipes inspired by local Herefordshire produce every week. This delicious BBQ number uses Wallers Butchers Herefordshire Pork, Colcombe House Cider Ketchup, served with a seasonal local salad & crusty Ledbury Loaf from Peter Cooks Bread!

This braised pork with cider ketchup is a great summer dish for big gatherings with family and friends. Finish on a BBQ for a fabulous smoky crust.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you to all who have booked for tomorrow. However...

Due to unforeseen events this evening, we have had to make the very difficult decision to postpone tomorrow's Friday Food Pop-up Takeaway.

We are rescheduling for the 11th of June, and all current orders will be carried over. We have/are currently calling all customers who have pre-booked their orders.

The booking page is still open, but now with the revised date.

We can only apologize for any inconvenience caused, as we were all so looking forward to doing the free cider & juice tastings on the night too.
