Haven't made a cake for a while but I made this one last minute for my uncles birthday. All hand made and edible.
Some Shropshire Sheep made all out of icing, and shepherd/gamesman with his bag from the day.

This is a cake order I had last week which turned from just a large cake to 20 cupcakes.
So, cupcakes are half vanilla, half chocolate with a smooth vanilla buttercream with handmade minecraft characters.
Then, a vanilla sponge with minecraft themed design and a sword for a 5th birthday.

This week I have had the privilege of making a wedding cake for one of my longest and closest friends. It was supposed to be 3 tier but due to all going on a single tier rich fruit cake with all hand made flowers on top was needed. Hope they enjoyed it. It's the first time making peonies but really pleased with how they turned out.
