🔥 BIG NEWS AT THE YARD THIS FRIDAY 🔥

is BACK - and he’s bringing Texas BBQ tacos to The Yard for the very first time.

With 11 years on the UK BBQ scene, Andy has gone from Birmingham street food to becoming a crowd-favourite at Meatopia London and Big Grill Dublin. Now he’s firing up again - and we’re first in line.

🌮 Texas BBQ meets Mexican flavour
🔥 Proper low ‘n’ slow cooking
🌱 British produce from small farms
🌳 Local charcoal + wood fired flavour

The Winners of last nights £100.00 Prize were Quiz regulars "The Great Escape" who have come near to the top of the shop on several previous attempts - which proves that sticking at it pays dividends! Runners-up, The Riverside Massif, took the second prize of four bottles of wine, and were very impressive on the Dingbats round. The next quiz is on Tuesday the 8th of July - perhaps it'll be your turn to reigh supreme over quizland - You have to be in it, to win it!

A Rule of Tum

A Rule of Tum started as a series of suppers and pop-ups, this soon led to a weekly night serving burgers at the Beer in Hand pup in Hereford. We soon moved onto doing a weekly Fish and Chips night as well as our Sunday Lunch.

Before long Burger Shop Hereford opened on Aubrey Street, behind the Green Dragon, soon after The Bookshop next door was converted into our steak and Sunday lunch restaurant: The Bookshop.

In 2016 we opened our third restaurant; Burger Shop Worcester, this space under the railway arches near Forgate Street station also house out events team who cover a wide array of occasions from weddings to parties.

Alongside our restaurants we started Hereford Indie Food, which returns in 2020 for a much bigger and better festival than ever before. You can find out more about the AROT group on our website: www.aruleoftum.com
